Historical walk on Tenö with after walk
Join us on a 10-kilometer historical walk along the winding paths on Tenö. Listen to the guide, Mikaela Lodén from Arkeologievent, tell you about the Fingalso pastry shop at Pålsund Bridge, life at Montebello, Pålsund Battery and much more. When we arrive at the place where Tenö krog was once located, it is time for a coffee break.
The walk takes about three hours with a coffee break. Once back in Vaxholm, there will be an after-walk with snacks and drinks at the oven on the mountain with us Vaxholm Bed & Breakfast.
Price: 750 SEK per person
Time: 12.00 - 16.30
Clothing: Hiking boots or other uncomfortable shoes with a rough sole, preferably poles, and of course clothes according to the weather.

Christmas baking workshop
Get the Christmas spirit going with our Christmas baking workshop. During a few hours in our kitchen at Vaxholm's Bed & Breakfast, you will learn the secret of baking traditional saffron buns and crispy old-fashioned gingerbread. Both a must for a Swedish Christmas. You bake together with others who have booked a spot in the group, at most 6 people can participate. The workshop begins with a joint lunch and ends with a tasting of your saffron buns and gingerbread cookies. You will also get take home both buns and gingerbread dough.
