The booking confirmation makes your reservation binding
As our guest, you will always receive a written confirmation of your booking by email. Read the confirmation carefully and make sure that everything (dates, prices, number of guests, etc.) corresponds to what you want. The booking becomes binding 24 hours after the booking confirmation has been sent out. If your booking is made within 24 hours of check-in, the booking is binding from the time the booking is made.
Handling of personal data
In order for us to provide you with the best service and fulfill our duties under current legislation, we ask you to provide your name, address, telephone number and email address when you book a room with us. We also ask for your card details to guarantee the booking. By completing the booking, you agree that we process the data, which in practice means that they are stored in our booking system. The data is only used to get in touch with you in relation to your booking. It will not be used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent and you can rest assured that we will never sell it to third parties. Your personal data is yours and privacy is important to us.
If, after your stay, you want us to remove your personal data from the system, just send us an email and we will delete it immediately. If not, we will save the information as above for the next time you book.
Payment
When you book accommodation and activities through our website, we ask for your card details. This is only to guarantee your reservation. You only pay once you are on site with us. The same applies to additional purchases or options that you make while you are here. We accept both cards and swish, but not cash. All our prices include VAT (except for conference bookings where VAT is added). Sheets and towels are always included when booking accommodation. The same applies to final cleaning of the apartment.
Check in
Your room will be ready for check-in from 16:00 on the day of arrival. We are here to meet you until 18.00. If you want to check in later, this is also possible. We will leave a key for you in our key cabinet. Let us know if this is relevant and we will tell you how to get into the key cabinet and find your door.
If you want to arrive earlier than 16:00, we cannot guarantee that your room will be ready. However, it is always possible to leave luggage in our luggage box. If you want to do this, please contact us in advance so that someone is sure to be there to receive it.
Check-out
The room is at your disposal until 11:00 on the day of departure. If you wish, you can then store your luggage in our luggage box during the day.
Check-out is, unless otherwise agreed, by returning all keys to us. You as a guest are responsible for keeping the room keys in order during your stay. If a key is missing at check-out, we will have to charge you the cost of changing the lock (3000 SEK).
If you need to cancel
If you have a change of plans and need to cancel your room, you can do so free of charge up to 7 days before the planned date of arrival, after which the first night will be charged. If canceled later than 3 days before arrival, the full cost will be charged. Charging is done from the card you have specified in connection with your booking. If card details are missing, the late canceled stay will instead be invoiced.
If you need to cancel an activity linked to your room reservation, you can do so up to 14 days before the activity date. After that, the full cost will be charged.
Well-being rules
For everyone's convenience, our rooms are non-smoking. If you want to smoke, you can do so on the patios, where there are also ashtrays. Violation of the smoking ban entails a cleanup cost of at least SEK 5000.
Unless otherwise agreed, pets are not allowed in the room.
Take care of furniture and other details in the room. As a guest, you are fully responsible for any damage caused to the property and its furnishings during your stay and agree to compensate them.
As a guest, you may only use the room for what was agreed upon at the time of booking (usually for leisure purposes). You are also not allowed to allow more people to stay in the apartment than the number specified at the time of booking.
If the conditions are not respected
We hope that the following lines will never be used. However, we want to make it clear that we as a landlord have the right to cancel your booked stay with immediate effect if you as a guest or someone else in your party behaves in a disruptive manner, commits damage in the accommodation or in the surrounding area, or if the accommodation is used for a purpose other than what you have indicated.
If this happens, you and your party must move out immediately with no right to any refund of the rent. We reserve the right to lock the room and remove your belongings in case of immediate termination. The landlord is not responsible for lost items.
Force majeure
Sometimes things happen that neither we nor you can control. Therefore, we both have the right to cancel the booking if it cannot be provided due to acts of war, natural disasters, labor disputes, prolonged interruptions in water or energy supply, fire, or other similar major events, which neither party could have foreseen or influenced.
