Cinnamon bun baking workshop

I can’t think of a more Swedish pastry than cinnamon buns. Ever since the 1940s, they have had a prominent place in the Swedish coffee table. Loved by children as well as adults. For four hours in our kitchen at Vaxholm Bed & Breakfast you will learn the secret of baking really juicy cinnamon buns. While the dough rises, we have a light lunch and talk about upcoming island adventures.

For up to 4 participants. Including recipe, ingredients, lunch and a dozen cinnamon buns to bring home.

Home baker of the year 2017
On the national cinnamon bun day October 4th, I was awarded “Home baker of the year 2017” by the Home baking society. A price that I of cause is much proud of especially since I received the price thanks to my baking classes.
