There’s a lot going on here at B & B right now. As always, when it’s spring, there’s a lot that shall be done. Outdoor furniture should be painted, seeds put and new ideas implemented.
Such a news is that from summer we will not only offer accommodation and breakfast. We will also expand with picnic baskets for those who want, and “tonight’s casual dinner”. I think sometimes it could be nice, even for our guests, to be able to eat at home in peace after a full day of excursions and adventures. But since there are quite limited cooking facilities in the guesthouses, it is sometimes easier said than done. Therefore, as an option, one can choose to let us cook the food and then eat at home, at the patio or in our courtyard if one prefer. What do you think about that?
There are a few things that needs to get fixed before we get started. For example, we need to make some adjustments in the kitchen for everything to work smoothly. I also need to find a good solution for take-away packages. Disposables does not feel like an alternative. I want to find something that is more environmentally friendly and that keeps the food warm for a while … Anyone who has tips?
