The booking confirmation makes your booking binding
As a guest of ours, you will always receive a written confirmation of your booking by mail. Please read through the confirmation carefully and see that everything (date, prices, number of guests, etc.) is consistent with how you want it. The booking will be binding 24 hours after the booking confirmation has been sent. If you make your reservation less than 24 hours before check in date the booking is binding from the reservation.
Handling of personal data
In order to provide you with the best service and fulfill our duties under current legislation, we ask that you leave your name, address, phone number and email address when booking a room with us. We also ask for your card details to guarantee the booking. By completing the reservation, you agree that we process the data, which in practice means that they are stored in our booking system. The information is only used to get in touch with you on the occasion of your booking. It will not be used for marketing without your express consent and you can rest assured that we will never sell it to third parties. Your personal information is yours and integrity is important to us.
If, after your stay, you wish to remove your personal information from the system, just send us an email and we will delete it at once. If not, we save the information as above for the next time you book.
You pay for your stay when checking in. We accept Swisch and most credit cards, but if possible we prefer that you don’t pay with cash since we cannot guarantee that we have change. All our prices include 12% VAT. Sheets and towels are included. The same applies to the final cleaning of the apartment. As a guest, you only need to do the dishes, throw the garbage and remove bedding from the beds.
Your room is ready for check-in from 4pm on the day of arrival. We are here to meet you until 6pm. If you want to check in later, that’s no problem. In that case we put a key for you in our key cabinet. Just make sure to let us know in advance if this will be the case so that we can tell you how to get into the key cabinet and where you find your door.
If you plan to arrive earlier than 4pm we can not guarantee that your room is ready. However, there is always the possibility to leave luggage in our luggage box. If you wish to do that, please tell us in advance to make sure that someone is here to assist you.
You can use the room until noon. 11.00 on day of departure. If you want you can store your luggage in our luggage box during the day.
Check-out is done by returning all the keys to us. It is your responsibility to hold the keys during your stay. If a key is missing upon check out and can’t be found, we will have to charge you for the cost of lock change (3000 SEK).
If you need to cancel
If you have changed plans and need to cancel your room, you can do so free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled date of arrival, thereafter the first night will be charged. If canceled later than 3 days before arrival, the total cost will be charged. Charging will be made to the card you have entered in connection with your booking. If card details are missing we will send you an invoice for the booked stay.
Common well-being rules
For the benefit of our guests, our rooms are non-smoking. If you want to smoke there is a possibility to do it on the patios, where ashtrays are also located.
Unless otherwise agreed, it is not allowed to bring pets to the apartment. Infringements such as smoking and pets prohibit a clean-up cost (minimum SEK 5000).
Be gentle to our furniture and other details in apartments. As a guest, you are fully responsible for any damage that occurs on the room and its inventory during the stay and commits you to replace them.
As a guest, you can only use the room of what was agreed upon at the time of booking (usually for leisure purposes). Also keep in mind not to let more people stay in the apartment than mentioned in the booking.
If these terms are not followed
We hope that the following lines will never be needed. But in any case we want to make it clear that, as the landlord, we are entitled to cancel your booked stay with immediate effect if you or someone else in your company appear to be disturbing, commit property damage or in the surrounding area or if the accommodation is used for other purposes purpose than you specified.
In case of termination of the agreement, you and your company must immediately move out, and are not entitled to any repayment of the rental amount. In case of immediate termination we reserve the right to look your room and remove your belongings.
