It’s beautiful high summer days. The B & B guests have taken the Waxholm boat to Hjälmö island and sends inspiring pictures while I am taking care of the plants and redecorate a bit in the greenhouse. Zack (our youngest son) is chilling with a book and a glass of lemonade with ice in the shade under the cherry tree. This summer is really something extra, at least for us who do not need to live from what we grow. The farmers are in crisis because of the prolonged drought. On the news they talk about that whole cattle herds may need to go to emergency slaughter due to lack of feed. And here I go and enjoy. I should be ashamed! But what difference would that make to the farmers and the cows? It sure won’t change the weather anyways. So I keep enjoying the sunny summer, now that it’s here.
